[摘 要]河北華電石家莊鹿華熱電有限公司輸灰技術(shù)采用正壓濃相雙套管氣力輸灰技術(shù),隨著運(yùn)行時(shí)間的增加,出現(xiàn)耗氣量增加、輸灰出力不足、管道和設(shè)備磨損嚴(yán)重等問題。文章對(duì)原輸灰系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用先導(dǎo)低壓輸送技術(shù)進(jìn)行改造,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn),從耗氣量、輸送壓力、輸送速度、出力及輸送頻次等方面與原輸灰系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比。

[Abstract]Hebei Huadian Shijiazhuang Luhua Thermal Power Co., Ltd. adopts a positive pressure dense phase double casing pneumatic ash conveying technology. With the increase of operating time, problems such as increased gas consumption, insufficient ash conveying output, and severe wear and tear of pipelines and equipment occur. The article renovates the original ash conveying system by applying pilot low-pressure conveying technology and conducts performance tests on it, comparing it with the original ash conveying system in terms of gas consumption, conveying pressure, conveying speed, output, and conveying frequency.
