[摘 要]文章通過介紹應用氦質(zhì)譜檢漏技術解決泄漏問題的幾個典型案例，闡述了氦質(zhì)譜檢漏技術在不同火電機組查漏工作中的原理及方法。如何利用氦質(zhì)譜檢漏技術，探尋合適的查漏方法，解決火電機組的諸多泄漏問題，是電廠檢修人員研究的新方向。

[Abstract]This paper introduces several typical cases of applying helium mass spectrum leak detection technology to solve the leakage problem， and expounds the principles and methods of helium mass spectrum leak detection technology in different thermal power units. How to use the helium mass spectrum leak detection technology to explore the appropriate leak detection method and solve the many leakage problems of thermal power units is a new direction of power plant maintenance personnel.
