康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)腦卒中后遺癥患者的護(hù)理效果觀察

【摘要】目的：分析康復(fù)護(hù)理對(duì)腦卒中后遺癥患者的護(hù)理效果。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2022年12月的70例腦卒中后遺癥患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取康復(fù)護(hù)理。結(jié)果：觀察組的服藥依從性、康復(fù)鍛煉依從性和復(fù)查依從性更高（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的勞動(dòng)/工作能力、上肢功能、思維能力、視力、情緒、個(gè)性、自理能力、社會(huì)角色、溝通能力、活動(dòng)能力、精力和家庭角色評(píng)分均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with stroke sequelae. Methods： 70 patients with stroke sequelae from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing. Results： The observation group had higher compliance with medication， rehabilitation exercise， and reexamination （P0.05）.
