護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)普外科護(hù)理管理的效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析普外科護(hù)理中運(yùn)用護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的價(jià)值。方法：選取我院普外科于2020年8月—2022年10月期間收治的患者60例，以顏色球隨機(jī)抽取法分為參照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組。參照組提供常規(guī)護(hù)理管理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組提供護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理，對(duì)比管理效果。結(jié)果：對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果，實(shí)驗(yàn)組的護(hù)患糾紛及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件的發(fā)生率、護(hù)理滿意度等指標(biāo)，均明顯優(yōu)于參照組，組間對(duì)比差異顯著（P

Observation and analysis of the impact of applying nursing risk management on the effectiveness of nursing management in general surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the value of applying nursing risk management in general surgical nursing. Methods： A total of 60 patients admitted to our general surgery department from August 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using color ball sampling.
