【摘要】目的：分析玉屏風顆粒聯(lián)合氯雷他定治療過敏性鼻炎患者的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2020年10月—2022年10月的82例過敏性鼻炎患者，隨機將其分成為兩組。對照組服用氯雷他定，觀察組聯(lián)用玉屏風顆粒。結果：觀察組的有效率明顯高于對照組（P0.05），治療后，兩組的鼻癢、打噴嚏、鼻塞和流鼻涕癥狀評分對比均明顯降低（P0.05），治療后，兩組的鼻腔纖毛運動速率和鼻腔通氣面積均明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： 82 patients with allergic rhinitis from October 2020 to October 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with loratadine， while the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）. After treatment， the scores of nasal itching， sneezing， nasal congestion， and runny nose in the two groups were significantly lower （P0.05）.
