心絞痛屬于臨床上常見疾病類型，老年人為主要患病群體，此疾病是由于冠狀動脈硬化窄小促使冠狀動脈缺乏供血所造成的，使得心肌處于暫時缺血及缺氧狀態(tài)，發(fā)作時患者胸部呈壓榨性疼痛，疼痛可能蔓延至上肢或者心前區(qū)等部位，且伴有呼吸困難、心悸、出汗等癥狀表現(xiàn)，嚴重影響到老年人機體健康和生活質量[1-2]。（剩余4040字）
