Abstract：China's excellent traditional culture is extensive and profound， which contains important ideas and values such as people-oriented，respecting rituals and laws，harmonious coexistence of all ethnic groups，and harmonious coexistence between man and nature. It provides rich historical background and spiritual motivation for creating new forms of human civilization. The ancient Chinese civilization，with excellent traditional culture as its spiritual core，has laid a solid historical and cultural foundation for the creation and development of new forms of human civilization. Therefore，the new form of human civilization，as a new form of socialist civilization explored by the people of China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China（CPC） through their own efforts in long-term practice， has incomparable and unique historical advantages over capitalist civilization，with the peaceful rise surpassng foreign grabbing，with the supremacy of the people surpassing capital supremacy，with civilization exchanges surpassing civilization barriers，and with the all-round development of people surpassing human alienation.
