Abstract： Xi Jinping Thought on Culture prevents the objectification and alienation of cultural capital by correctly handling the coordinated development relationship between the "two civilizations"; It is advocated to seize the online public opinion arena with advanced culture in order to remain vigilant against the nihilism and kitsch in cultural development；It is imperative to accelerate the establishment of a value system with distinct Chinese characteristics to overcome the vacuum and absence of cultural significance； Cultural construction should be promoted to "form in the middle" and "originate outside"，and the resistance and estrangement of cultural interaction should be eliminated. The emergence of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture signifies that the Party and the country have reached a new height in the understanding of the laws of cultural construction under socialism with Chinese characteristics，providing powerful ideological weapons and scientific action guidelines for achieving the goal of building a socialist cultural powerhouse and the great dream of national rejuvenation， opening a new chapter in the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
