“四位一體”目標下高校體育舞蹈選修課教學模式創(chuàng)新研究

[Abstract] The'"Four-in-One" goal proposed by school physical education in the new era has pointed out the direction forthe reform of physical education.Based on the deepcoupling relationship between the "Four-in-One" goaland the characteristics of the sports dancecourse，this paperdeeplyanalyzes the problems existing inthe current college elective sports dance course，suchasinsuffcientunderstandingof teachers'goals，single teachingcontentand methods，lackofphysicaltraning，and imperfect evaluationsystem.Onthis basis，itactively explores andconstructs an innovative path for theteaching mode of thesports dance elective course.It aims to efectively improvethe teaching quality，promote thecoordinated developmentof students'knowledge，abilityqualityandvalues，and providearefrence for the teaching reform of college sports dance.
