Abstract:The basic performanceof carbon fiber compositerols is realized through rawmaterial designandautomatic windingprocess,andthestructuralstabilityofcarbonfibercompositerolsisrealizedthroughsimulationanalysisandoptimized designbyforceanalysisandoptimizationdesign.Thetestresultsshowthatcomparedwiththemetalroller withthesamevolume and pressure,the weight of the carbon fiber composite roller is reduced by 62% ,the critical speed is twice that of the corresponding metal roller,the energy consumption is reduced by 20% ,and the production efficiency of the single machine is increased by 30% . The design of carbon fiber composite rollers meets the technical requirements,reduces costs and increases efficiency,and improves product quality and production efficiency.
