Abstract:Aircraft composite laminates have excellent propertiessuch as light weightand high strength,andare widely used incomposite structures suchasaircraft fuselageand wings.Composite laminatesarevery sensitive to impact damage. After impact,delamination,fracture andother damage areeasy tooccur,which maylead toserious consequences.In this study,a preparation method of composite laminates with self-sensing functionwas proposed.Thecarbon nanotube(CNT) dispersion wasuniformlydispersed intheresin to formaconductive path.Itisappliedtoimpactdamage monitoringof compositelaminates.The experimental resultsshowthattheconductiveresincan beembedded intheglassfiber prepreg to prepare the composite laminates with self-monitoring function,which can efectively monitorthe impact damageof the laminates and provide a feasible scheme for the impact damage monitoring of composite laminates.
