納米TiO2/TLA復(fù)合改性瀝青及混合料性能研究

Abstract: In order to study the effect of nano and TLA on the performance of SBS modified asphalt and its mixture,and determinetheoptimalcombinationscheme,theconventionalperformanceandhighandlowtemperaturerheologicalpropertiesof composite modifiedasphalt were studiedbyusing penetration,softening point,ductility,viscosity,shearheologyandbending rheology tests,andtheroad performanceofcompositemodifiedasphalt mixture was evaluatedandanalyzed.Theresults show that the incorporation of TLA or nano - will reduce the penetration and ductility of SBS modified asphalt,and increase the softeningpoint and viscosity.Among them,TLA has agreatinfluence,andthe contentof TLA should not be more than 25% : Nano-TiOcanimprovethe high temperature shear deformationresistance of asphaltbinder,but atthe same timereduce the low temperature rheological properties of asphalt binder,and its content should not exceed 2% .TLA andnano - TiO2 have significantefectsonimproving thehightemperaturerutingresistanceandwaterdamageresistanceofaspalt mixture,butatthe same time,TLA will significantly reduce its low temperature performance,and nano - TiO has little effect. Considering the comprehensive performance,the combination of 2% nano -TiO and 25% TLA is recommended as the optimal solution.

目前,高等級(jí)道路大多采用瀝青路面,主要在于瀝青路面具有行車舒適度高、噪音小、通車時(shí)間快和維修簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但隨著道路上車流量不斷增長(zhǎng)和重載超載車輛的增加,很多瀝青路面在經(jīng)歷第一個(gè)夏季和冬季后便出現(xiàn)了不同程度的車轍、裂縫等病害。(剩余4916字)
