(School of Civil Engineering,Changsha University of Science & Technology,Changsha ,China) Abstract: The thick- wall lining of mass concrete open- cut tunnel is between 1.0m~1.5m ,and its thickness is different fromthatofthepierandanchorageoflong-spanbridges.Bystudying thelawof hydrationheattemperaturefieldofthick-wal lining,crackscanbeavoidedinitsstructure.Takinga1.2mthickcast-in-placeopen-cuttunelined massconcreteas the researchobject,thetemperaturefieldlawwasunderstood throughthefieldmeasured temperaturecontroldataandthefinite element software Midas Fea wasusedto simulate the temperature field.The measured temperature fielddata was ingod agreement with the simulationresults.The verified finite element modelwas used tocarryout stressanalysis.Basedon the measuredresultsand stress fielddata,the temperaturecontrolconstruction methodofthetubularcold system with thick wal lining was proposed,anditsreliabilitywasverifiedbynumericalsimulation withcontrolvariables.Theresultsshowthatthe temperatureofhydrationheatfieldof thick-walledliningrisesquicklyanddecreasesslowly,andtheoverallcolingrateof the structure is 5. 0 on average,higher than ,but it does not cause structural cracks. The temperature- controlled construction method of pipelesscold system can be applied to the tunnel lining construction with thickness of and below, which has guiding significance for the construction of the same type of open- cut tunnel.
