基于“1+X”證書制度的高職休閑農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式探究
摘要 介紹了“1+X”證書制度概況及專業(yè)相關(guān)證書的選取,分析了高職院校休閑農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理專業(yè)教學(xué)中存在的問題,參照相關(guān)“X”職業(yè)技能等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程體系、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)等方面進(jìn)行探索與實(shí)踐,為該專業(yè)繼續(xù)推進(jìn)“1+X”證書制度提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Leisure Agriculture Operation and Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under “1+X” Certificate System

Abstract The general situation of “1+X” certificate system and the selection of relevant professional certificates were introduced, and the problems existing in the teaching of leisure agriculture operation and management in higher vocational colleges were analyzed.Referring to the “X” vocational skill level standard of leisure agriculture operation and management specialty,
the study explored and practiced from the aspects of personnel training objectives, curriculum system, teaching methods, teaching team, so as to provide experience to continue to promote the “1+X” certificate system of this specialty.
