Abstract: With the accelerating pace of globalization, the demand for internationally competent professionals in the mining engineering field is increasing,making the internationalization of Chinese mining industry universities a critical task. Taking Curtin University as an example,the paper analyzes the innovative experience in the international talent training and management practice of mining engineering in Australia,and finds that Australia has built a highly international talent training system by integrating its curiculum with international standards,providing a wide range of international internship opportunities,training talents to meet

the needs of the global market and efcient management mode.Based on this,strategic suggestions are put forward for industry universities in China, including optimizing the teaching mode,constructing an interdisciplinary curriculum system, strengthening the combination of practical teaching and scientific research, optimizing the management mechanism and expanding international cooperation, etc. to provide theoretical and practical references for the cultivation of international talents in mining industry universities in China.

自2017年啟動(dòng)工程教育改革以來,我國相繼發(fā)布《加快建設(shè)發(fā)展新工科實(shí)施卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃2.0的意見》(教高[2018]3號)、《普通高等教育學(xué)科專業(yè)設(shè)置調(diào)整優(yōu)化改革方案》教高[2023]1號)等政策性文件,制定《工程教育認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2022年版與2024年版),明確要求工科學(xué)生要具備國際視野,并能夠在跨文化環(huán)境中進(jìn)行專業(yè)交流與合作,以提升全球競爭力[1]16。(剩余10858字)
