Abstract： This paper explores how culture empowers economic and social development，and conducts an in-depth analysis using Heyuan'sdinosaurcultureasanexample.Heyuan Cityasanimportantdiscoverysiteof dinosaurfosilsin China，posseses abundantdinosaurulturalsoues.eticlepoitsoutthattroughexcavatio，protection，andatioaldevelopmentofHeya's dinosaurculture，itcannotonlypromotetherapiddevelopmentof thelocalculturaltourismindustrybutalsodrivetheextensionof relatedndustrialissuchsulualeativityceopularationduationesure，ndteaienteailer culturehasbecomeanimportantcarrierforenhancingHeyuanscityimageandpopularitystrengtheningtheregion’sculturalsoft power.Theresearchemphasizesthatconvertingculturalresourcesintocoomicadvantages isacrucialpathtoachievingsustaiable development.ThesuccesfulutilizationofHeyuan'sdinosaurculture provides beneficialreferences forotherregionsanddemostrates the broad prospects for the deep integration of culture and economy.
