[摘 要]為提升電氣設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)制造以及運(yùn)行維護(hù)等相關(guān)人員的水平，減少自然災(zāi)害對輸電線路的影響，達(dá)到安全供電的目的。通過現(xiàn)場踏勘、調(diào)查，收集有關(guān)氣象資料，并對相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行分析，合理確定覆冰厚度的設(shè)計值，確保輸電線路的安全。

[Abstract]In order to improve the level of electrical design， structural design， manufacturing， operation and maintenance and other related personnel， reduce the impact of natural disasters on transmission lines， and achieve the purpose of safe power supply. Through on-site reconnaissance and investigation， relevant meteorological data are collected， and relevant data are analyzed to reasonably determine the design value of ice thickness to ensure the safety of transmission lines.
