一起500kV液壓機(jī)構(gòu)斷路器頻繁打壓缺陷分析

[摘 要]高壓斷路器液壓機(jī)構(gòu)故障中，油泵頻繁打壓故障占相當(dāng)一部分比例。文章針對(duì)一起500 kV液壓機(jī)構(gòu)斷路器頻繁打壓缺陷進(jìn)行分析，根據(jù)缺陷情況具體分析斷路器操作機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)頻繁打壓的各類原因，總結(jié)造成操作機(jī)構(gòu)AH2閥門滲漏油的因素，同時(shí)建議對(duì)運(yùn)行時(shí)間長的此類型機(jī)構(gòu)合閘AH2閥進(jìn)行更換。

[Abstract]In the hydraulic mechanism failure of high voltage circuit breaker， the frequent pressurization failure of oil pump accounts for a considerable proportion. This paper analyzes the frequent pressurization defect of a 500 kV hydraulic mechanism circuit breaker， analyzes various causes of frequent pressurization in the circuit breaker operating mechanism according to the defect situation， summarizes the factors causing oil leakage of ah2 valve of the operating mechanism， and suggests replacing the closing ah2 valve of this type of mechanism with long operation time.
