鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下提升鄉(xiāng)村治理效能的實踐路徑探析

摘  要：鄉(xiāng)村治理效能的提升是實施鄉(xiāng)村振興和實現(xiàn)國家治理體系現(xiàn)代化的重要根基。當(dāng)前，我國鄉(xiāng)村治理面臨現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村治理體系有待創(chuàng)新與完善;鄉(xiāng)村社會活力不足，治理主體缺位;鄉(xiāng)村文化功利化等困境與挑戰(zhàn)。在推進鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略過程中，可從經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、理念優(yōu)化、機制創(chuàng)新和文化重建等多元途徑破解鄉(xiāng)村治理難題。

Abstract： The improvement of the efficiency of rural governance is an important foundation for the implementation of rural revitalization and the modernization of the national governance system. At present， China's rural governance is facing difficulties and challenges such as the innovation and improvement of the modern rural governance system， the lack of vitality of rural society， the absence of governance subjects， and the utilitarianism of rural culture. In the process of promoting the strategy of rural revitalization， the difficult problems of rural governance can be solved from multiple ways， such as economic development， concept optimization， mechanism innovation， cultural reconstruction and so on.
