農(nóng)業(yè)院校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)競賽推動作用探究

摘  要：農(nóng)業(yè)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要原因是創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建，而合理完善的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)則需要所有資源的整合與互動。該文通過分析農(nóng)業(yè)院校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)比賽現(xiàn)存的問題，找尋出農(nóng)業(yè)院校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)競賽推動的具體作用。

Abstract： The main reason for the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural universities is the construction of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education， while a reasonable and perfect ecosystem requires the integration and interaction of all the resources of the system. By analyzing the existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship competition in agricultural universities， this article tries to find out the specific role of innovation and entrepreneurship competition in the training of innovative talents in agricultural colleges and universities.
