數(shù)字化時(shí)代民辦高校教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)提升研究
摘要:數(shù)字化時(shí)代深刻改變著教育領(lǐng)域,對(duì)民辦高校教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)提出新挑戰(zhàn)。本文探討提升教師數(shù)字素養(yǎng)的重要性,分析所面臨障礙并提出有效路徑,旨在助力民辦高校教師適應(yīng)數(shù)字化時(shí)代需求,提高教育質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育效果顯著提升。

Abstract: The digital era has profoundly transformed the field of education, posing new challenges to the digital literacy of teachers in private universities. This paper explores the importance of enhancing teachers' digital literacy, analyzes the obstacles they face, and proposes effective pathways, aiming to assist teachers in private universities in adapting to the demands of the digital era, optimizing educational quality, and achieving significant improvements in educational outcomes.
