人臉識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)安全法律保護(hù)問題研究

摘要：我國人臉識(shí)別技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于多領(lǐng)域，但數(shù)據(jù)濫用問題凸顯，要加強(qiáng)人臉識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)安全的法律保護(hù)。本文探討了人臉識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)的概念及法律保護(hù)的不足之處，分析了法律保護(hù)的完善途徑，以期為人臉識(shí)別數(shù)據(jù)安全法律保護(hù)提供有價(jià)值的參考和借鑒。

Research on Legal Protection of Face Recognition Data Security

Abstract： Face recognition technology is widely used in many fields in China， but the problem of data abuse is prominent， and the legal protection of face recognition data security should be strengthened. This paper discusses the concept of face recognition data and the shortcomings of legal protection， analyzes the ways to improve legal protection， in order to provide valuable reference for the legal protection of face recognition data.

近些年，人臉識(shí)別中的數(shù)據(jù)泄漏事故頻繁發(fā)生，對(duì)用戶的個(gè)人信息與財(cái)產(chǎn)安全造成了嚴(yán)重威脅，而其安全性問題也普遍存在。（剩余4630字）
