摘要：隨著國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展居民城鎮(zhèn)化水平提升，加之各類疾病和新冠疫情的影響，患者大量涌入醫(yī)院，各類醫(yī)療物資，特別是藥品的供應保障工作成為醫(yī)院重點。文章旨在結合臨床實際利用信息化手段改造藥品庫存管理模塊，對改進前后相關指標進行分析，實現(xiàn)降本增效的精細化管理。

Information System Transformation and Application Based on Drug Inventory Management

Abstract： With the development of the country’s economy and the improvement of residents’ urbanization level， coupled with the impact of various diseases and the new coronavirus epidemic， patients have poured into hospitals in large numbers， and ensuring the supply of various medical supplies， especially drugs， has become a focus of hospitals. This article aims to use information technology to transform the drug inventory management module based on clinical practice， analyze relevant indicators before and after the improvement， and achieve refined management that reduces costs and increases efficiency.
