摘要：當前公司在數字化項目建設管理中最薄弱的工作環(huán)節(jié)是數字化項目建設過程文檔資料的管理，它是項目建設信息管理的一部分。項目信息管理的目的是為項目建設提供增值服務，因此優(yōu)化數字化項目建設過程文檔資料管控審核流程，提升數字化項目建設過程中文檔資料的規(guī)范管理，勢在必行。

Research on the Optimization of Document Control and Review Process in the Construction Process of Company Digital Projects

Abstract： The weakest area of work for the company in digital project construction management is the management of document materials during the digital project construction process， which is a part of project construction information management. The purpose of project information management is to provide value-added services for project construction. Therefore， it is imperative to optimize the process of document control and review in the digital project construction process， and improve the standardized management of document materials in the digital project construction process.

為落實公司“兩會”報告精神和“合規(guī)管理強化年”“嚴肅財經紀律、依法合規(guī)經營”綜合治理專項行動工作部署，以及總部領導對法治合規(guī)工作批示要求等，必須進一步提升公司數字化項目規(guī)范管理水平，加強風險管控力度，鞏固規(guī)范管理成果，完善長效檢查機制，提升數字化項目建設過程中文檔資料的規(guī)范管理及后評估績效。（剩余4603字）
