Abstract：Firstly，fromtheperspectiveof thecurrntsituationoflocalized talentsupplyandthedevelopmentof thestrongeducationcountry，theimportanceofpromotingirtualsimulationresouceshasbnclarifiedSecondlytheconstructionfoundationand currentstatusoftalsimulationresourcesintefieldofintellgntconectednewenergyvehicesinChinawerereviedndteir enormouspotentialinrossnationalapplicationswaspointedoutThen，takingtheconstructionprojectof“nlandEducationOpen Highland”asanexample，theaplicationforsandeectsofrtualiitionresouesintheultivatiooflocaedtalentsTailandweresummadFinallposetltisipromotingtaliaioesousiteaallyptitiosg gestions were provided in terms ofcontent planning，shared ecology，authentication mechanism，and security system.
