Research on Electromagnetic Protection Method for Automotive Electrical System

Abstract：Conventionalautomotiveelectromagneticprotectionreliesheavilyonbulkymetalenclosuresorshieldedcabins.While effectiveimetingbasicoperaionalrequirements，teseappoachessuferfromsigificantspaceieffciencyandhighmanufacturing costs.Addressingthseliitations，tispaperproposesadvalidatesacomprehensiveelectromagneticprotectionmethodtargetingthe automotiveelectricalsystem.This methodfocusesonthetreecorephysicalpathwaysforelectromagneticinterference（EM）conduction：wiringhaeses，ontrolerodulesdgoundingpoits.Iticorporatesassdingtreamentontroleroduleprot tiontreatment，andimpedancecontrolofelectricalsystemgroundingpointstosystematicallnhanceelectromagneticompatibility （EMC）andresistanetoelectromagneticdamage.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethatthisapproachensuresprotectioneffcacywhile significantlyeducingspatialfootprintandimplementatiocosts，feriganctiesoutionforthelectromageticprotctiodsig ofautomotive electrical systems，particularly for special-purpose vehicles and new energy vehicles.
