Abstract：Herpes zoster isacommonacute herpeticskindiseaseinclinical practice.With theaggravationof populationaging， its ncidencerateisincreasingyearbyear，whichhasectedpatient’physicalandmentalhealthandqualityoflifetovaryngdegrees.Daimedicinehasuniquefeaturesintheunderstandingandtreatmentofherpes zoster.Thisarticlereviewstherelevantresearch onthetreatmentofherpeszosterbyDaimedicineinthepast3Oyears，andsummarizestheetiology，pathogenesis，sydromeclasification，clinicalresearch，andexperimentalresearchofhrpeszosterinDaimedicine.ItisfoudthatDaimedicineisgoodatusing “solutiontherapy”inthetreatmentoftisdisease，emphasiingtheuseofexteraltreatmentssuchasrubbing，aplying，andwashing，andpreferingpsyhologicalinterventionmetods（oraltherapy）Atthesametime，theyprefertousedrugsthatenterhewind andwatertower，whichavesignificanttherapeuticefects，diversetreatmentmethods，andrichmedication.Thiscanprovideeference for the treatment and research of herpes zoster.
