Abstract：Theevolutionofbonearthralgiaisrelatedtomanypathologicfactorssuchaswind-colddampness，traumaand strain，seneeneandegeneratinIslsionsiteisdeep，thediseaseissubbo，repeatedcks，becoethdfiltyflicaltreatment.Inspiredbythetreatmentofinteralchanneldiseasesbybonerules，theauthorfurtherclarifiedtheacupuncturetarget， improvedtheformofneedlingmoxibustion，exploredtheadaptationtothedisease，andgradualldevelopedsuchcharacteristictreat ment methodsasneedling tobone，warmacupuncturetobone，burnt needling tobone，andtoboneelectroacupuncture.The improvedAppoachingBoneAcupunctureThrapyhasaremarkableefectonthetreatmentofbonearthralgia.Itnotonlyhas various stimulationmethods，simpleoperationandstrongpertinence，butalsogreatlybroadensitsclinicalapplicationrange，whichisworthyof further study.
