AbstractAs a useful tool foruser servicedesign in big data environments，thedata driven technology provides new development direction and technical support for the red literature resources personalized recommendation service of university libraries inthe bigdata environment.Firstly，the development processand research status of domesticred literatureresources personalizedrecommendation service areconducted.Secondly，basedontheoverviewof datadriven technologyandtheapplication practice，the hybrid modelofredliterature resources personalizedrecommendationservice of universityforliteratureresourcesandreaders’needsare proposed inthispaper，which includes thereaders’information extractionlayer，theliteratureinformationprocessinglayer，thedatainformationmatchinglayer，andtheserviceinformation interactionlayer.Finaly，basedonthethespecific practiceofred literatureresourcespersonalizedrecommendationservice of Northwestern Polytechnical University，the mode ofredliterature resources personalized recommendation serviceis proposedrespectively from threeaspects：literature feature data mining，interactive scenariosimulation and reader feature information extraction， which could provide theoretical support and development basis for personalized reading promotion service of red literature resources under the background of big data.
