【摘  要】排氣系統(tǒng)噪聲直接關(guān)聯(lián)整車(chē)NVH性能，在產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中需要重點(diǎn)研究與設(shè)計(jì)。文章介紹排氣系統(tǒng)的基本功能和結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)排氣噪聲的表現(xiàn)形式和產(chǎn)生機(jī)理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。結(jié)合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，重點(diǎn)分析排氣噪聲的關(guān)鍵影響因素，為排氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)提供技術(shù)參考。

【Abstract】Exhaust system noise is directly related to vehicle NVH performance，which needs to be studied and designed in the process of product development. This paper introduces the basic function and structure of the exhaust system，and explains in detail the form and mechanism of exhaust noise. Based on the test data，the key influencing factors of exhaust noise are analyzed，so as to provide technical reference for the design and development of exhaust system.

1  排氣系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)

排氣系統(tǒng)是在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作時(shí)，不斷地將燃燒室的廢氣排放到大氣中，保證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的重要機(jī)構(gòu)。（剩余3490字）
