基于信息化系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程防錯(cuò)應(yīng)用

摘要：在汽車零部件制造型企業(yè)內(nèi)，信息化系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用目前已經(jīng)成為了企業(yè)不可分割的一部分。通過(guò)運(yùn)用信息化手段，可以有效管理生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)內(nèi)部的各項(xiàng)事務(wù)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某車企使用信息化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)過(guò)程防錯(cuò)的案例分析，對(duì)信息化系統(tǒng)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程防錯(cuò)的應(yīng)用做出簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)，可供人員密集型制造類企業(yè)借鑒。

Application of Error Proofing in Production Process Based on Information System

Abstract： In automobile parts manufacturing enterprises，the application of information system has become an integral part of the enterprise. Through the use of information technology，various internal affairs of production enterprises can be effectively managed. Through case analysis of a domestic automobile enterprise using the information system，this paper makes a brief summary of of application of information system in production process error prevention，which provides reference for human resource intensive enterprise.
