[摘要]對商用車常見線束失效模式進行梳理分析，歸納總結(jié)出五大失效模式：進水、磨損、受力、虛接、燙壞，進而針對性地提出線束五防，即防水、防磨、防受力、防虛、防熱源。

Research on Five Protections of Commercial Vehicle Wiring Harness

Abstract： The common failure modes of wiring harnesses for commercial vehicles are sorted out and analyzed，and five failure modes are summarized，including water ingress，abrasion，stress，virtual connection and scalding，and then five protection for wiring harnesses are proposed，namely waterproof，anti-wear，anti-stress，anti-virtual connection and anti-heat source.
