上海地鐵運營信息體系現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化方案研究

摘要：快速、有效、準(zhǔn)確的輸出地鐵運營信息，特別是保證在地鐵突發(fā)應(yīng)急情況下能夠及時告知故障延誤信息并有效指導(dǎo)乘客是非常重要的研究課題。文章結(jié)合上海地鐵運營信息的發(fā)布現(xiàn)狀及乘客運營信息需求，針對性地提出地鐵運營信息發(fā)布的優(yōu)化策略，以穩(wěn)步提升信息服務(wù)水平，提高信息發(fā)布效率，擴大信息發(fā)布范圍。

Abstract：It is a very important issue to output subway operation information quickly， effectively andaccurately， especially to ensure timely notification of failure and delay information and to effectivelyguide passengers in case of subway emergencies. Combining the current situation of Shanghai subwayoperation information release and passenger operation information demand， this paper puts forwardthe optimization strategy of subway operation information release， in order to steadily improve thelevel of information service， improve the efficiency of information release， and expand the scope ofinformation release.

目前，上海地鐵一共擁有19條線路（含磁浮），總里程達772公里（含磁浮），運營車站數(shù)達460座，日平均客流量超1000萬人次，極端日客流甚至超過1200萬人次。（剩余3612字）
