Chaos Mechanism Analysis and Finite Time Synchronization of a Financialsystem

Abstract:[Purposes] This study utilizes bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov single and double exponent analysis methods to analyze the stability and dynamic behavior of a financial system exhibiting nonlinear chaotic phenomena.[Methods] Firstly,the chaos phenomenon is verified by the phase diagram; secondly,the chaotic circuitof thesystem isbuiltaccording tothe differential characteristics of the capacitor,and the circuit is verifiedbyMultisim software;finally,two typesof synchronizationcontrolers are designed based on the Lyapunov principle.[Findings] The results show that the sensitivity of the financial system to the system parameters can effectively control the parameter interval that generates chaos, which fullyillustrates the realizability and synchronization controllability of the financial chaotic system. At the same time,the comparison reveals that the exponential approach rate synchronization control method is more efficient in terms of control time.[Conclusion] Synchronization control methods can maintain high synchronization efficiency and stability when dealing with large-scale financial data,providing strong technical support for risk management and prediction in financial markets.
