對貫徹新《檔案法》創(chuàng)新檔案工作機制的思考

摘  要：本文探討貫徹新《檔案法》創(chuàng)新檔案工作機制問題，認為：一是創(chuàng)新建立檔案安全工作機制;二是創(chuàng)新建立檔案開放年度報告審批制度;三是創(chuàng)新建立檔案工作協(xié)商機制，包括檔案移交與接收協(xié)商機制、檔案開放審核協(xié)商機制。

Abstract： This paper discusses some thoughts on implementing the new "Archives Law" and innovating the working mechanism of archives. The second is to establish the examination and approval system of annual report of archives opening;  Third， establish the consultation mechanism of archives work innovatively， including the consultation mechanism of archives handing over and receiving， and the consultation mechanism of archives opening and auditing.

新《檔案法》從2021年1月1日起開始施行了，新《檔案法》在保障檔案安全、縮短檔案封閉時間、檔案信息化建設(shè)、檔案監(jiān)督檢查等等許多方面都有亮點，而要將這些亮點都落實貫徹到檔案工作中，不僅要靠相關(guān)配套的法規(guī)規(guī)章的修改與制定，還要靠創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的檔案工作機制去貫徹落實，為此，本文就談?wù)剬ω瀼匦隆稒n案法》創(chuàng)新檔案工作機制的一些思考。（剩余3680字）
