摘  要：本文基于公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目電子文件元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)背景、設(shè)計(jì)原則和構(gòu)建方法，重點(diǎn)闡述了元數(shù)據(jù)方案的設(shè)計(jì)思路和核心內(nèi)容，為確保公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目電子文件真實(shí)有效性提供基礎(chǔ)支撐。

1 引言

目前，在電子文件管理領(lǐng)域國(guó)家檔案局和住建部制定了《建設(shè)電子檔案元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》《文書(shū)類(lèi)電子文件元數(shù)據(jù)方案》等國(guó)家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目電子文件元數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范提供了一般的指導(dǎo)，但是對(duì)于能夠滿足特定領(lǐng)域電子文件管理需要的元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)仍然較為匱乏。（剩余4858字）
