無大師·缺工匠·低門檻：當(dāng)前檔案事業(yè)專業(yè)化面臨的挑戰(zhàn)

摘  要：目前，檔案事業(yè)缺乏大師級理論領(lǐng)軍人才、缺乏工匠型實干人才、檔案專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)準(zhǔn)入門檻過低的問題，在新時代背景下，已成為制約檔案事業(yè)專業(yè)化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的內(nèi)在頑疾。積極探索解決這三方面問題的途徑，提升檔案事業(yè)專業(yè)化的內(nèi)生動力，已成為迫切之需。

Abstract： At present， the Archives cause lacks the master-level theory leading talents， the craftsman-type practical talents， the Archives professional technical position admittance threshold is too low， under the new era background， has already become the intrinsic stubborn disease which restricts the Archives cause innovation development， therefore， it has become an urgent need to explore and solve these three problems and promote the inner motive force of Archives cause.
