AbstractObjective：TotranslatetheTripartiteModelofRiskPerception（TRIRISK）intoChinese，andtotestitsvalidityandrelbilty Methods：Afterobtainingauthorizationfromtheauthorof theoriginalscale，RIRISKwastranslatedintoChineseaccordingtoBrislin translationmodel.TheChineseversionofRSKwasforedbytranslation，acktraslation，culturaladptationndpresureyFro October2022toMayO23，atotalof412familymembersofpatientswithdigestivetractcancerhowerehospitalizedintertiarygade Ahospitals inSichuanprovincewereinvestigatedtoevaluatethereliabilityandvalidityofthescale.Results：TheChinesevrsionof TRIRISK included 3dimensionsand18items.Thescale-levelcontentvalidityindex（S-CVI）wasO.88.Exploratory factoranalysis extracted three common factor with eigenvalue >1 .The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 80.115%.Confirmatory factor analysisshowedtatthemodelfitwellThetotalCronbach'sαcoefcientasO.953.AndthesplithalfreliabilityasO.935.Cousios： The ChineseversioofIRsKhasgodrelabilityandvalidityAnditcouldbusedtoasssrskperceptionoftheironisease， as to stimulate theirdisease prevention awareness，to promote the early screening of chronic diseases suchas cancer.
