AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethecurrntsituationofpersonalmastery inpatientsafterlowerextremitytraumaticfracturesurgery. Toexplore themechanismofself-efcacyandsocialsupprtonpersoalmasteryinpostoperativepatients withtraumaticfactureofthe lowerextremitysoastoprovidereferencesforpromotingtherecoveryofpatientsandimprovingtheirqualityoflife.Methods：Byusing theconvenienelingeodtotalof39ostoeatiptintsithumaticctureoftewretriyide hospitalinSichuanprovincefromJanuarytoOctober2O23wereselectedforinvestigation.Theinvestigationwasconductedbyusingthe generalnformationquestionnaire，PersonalMasteryScale（PMS），PerceivedSocialSupportScale（PSS）andSelf-Efcacyfor Rehabiltion Outcome Scale（SER）.Results：Thetotal scoreofPMS inpatients afterlower extremitytraumaticfracturesurgerywas （ （22.22±4.50） points.There were positivecorrelationbetweenthe patients'personalmasteryand self-effcacyaswellassocialsupport 0 （P<0.01） .There was also a positive correlation between social support and self-efficacy （P<0.01） 0.Analysis by the Bootstrapmethod showedtatthemediatingefectofself-fcacyinpostoperativepatientswithlowerextremitytraumaticfacturesbetweensocialsupprt and personal control was significant（ P<0.01 ）.The mediating effect accounts for 43.87% of the total effect.Conclusions：The personal masteryofpatientsafterlowerextremitytraumaticfacturesurgery wasatamediumlevel.Itcouldhelppatientsobtainsocialsupport， promote the transformation ofself-efficacy into personal mastery，and improve the quality oflife of patients.
