AbstractObjective：Toconstructamatchedswalowingtraining programforpostoperativepatientswithlaryngealcancerandto exploreitsappicationefect.Methods：Through evidencesummaryandexpert meeting methods，thematchedswallowing training programforpostoperativepatientswithlaryngealcancerbasedonthescoreofthe Standardized SwallowingAssessment（SSA）and surgicalmethodswasconstructed.Atotalof7lpatientswithlaryngealcancerwhowereadmitedtotheheadandnecksurgery departmentofatertiarygradeAhospitalinShanxiprovincefromMaytoOctober2O23wereselected，andrandomlydividedinto interventiongroupof35casesandcontrolgroupof36cases.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutieperioperativecareandroutine rehabilitationtrainingforlaryngealcancer.Theinterventiongroupadoptedtheconstructedmatchedswaowingtrainingprogramfor postoperativepatientswithlaryngealcancer.Theswallowingfunction，indwelingtimeofgastrictube，qualityofliferelatedto swallwing，theincidenceofaspirationandcomplicationswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsof patients.Results：Therewere statisticallysignifatdfeesintoftiteroutieenditeractitofeswallongfunctioo between the two groups of patients（all P<0.01 ）.After 4 weeks of intervention，the swallowing function score of the intervention group waslower than that of the control group （P<0.01） .There were statistically significant differences in terms of the intergroup efect，time effect and interaction efectof the qualityof liferelated toswallowing between the two groupsof patients（all P<0.01 ）.After2and4 weksofinterventon，tesoresofqualityoflifeelatedtoswallowinginteintervntiongroupweregerthantoseintotol group（ P<0.01） .The indwelling time of gastric tubes in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group（ P<0.01） .There werenostatisticallysignfcantdiferenceintmsofthincidenceofaspirationandomplicationsbtweenthetwogroupsofatients P> 0.05）.Coclusions：Thematchedswallowingtraining programforpostoperativepatients withlaryngealcancerbasedonSSAscoreand surgicalmethodswasscientificandpractical.Itouldefectivelyimprovetheearlyswallowingfunctionandteualityoflifeelatedto swallowingofpatients，shortentheindwelingtimeofgastrictubes.Anditmayprovideareferencefortheswallwingrehbilition management of patients with laryngeal cancer.
