AbstractIn this study,local indigenous arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF)-Glomus consrictum wereselected. Under the stress of cadmium (Cd) at different concentrations ( 0 , 5 ,and 1 0 m g / k g ), to explore its effects on the physical and chemicalpropertiesofsoilandthefixationefectofCdinsoilinthree treatmentgroups: noadditionofbiochar,additionof biochar A (corn stalks),and adition of biochar B(corn cobs).TheFTIR spectral analysis results showed that the functional groupscontainedinthetwo types of biochar were approximatelythe same.Theresultsof theco-treatmentof AMF and biochar showed that the addition of two biochars decreased soil total Cd by 2.9%- 2 5 . 1 % ,soilavailable Cd content by 4 . 8 % - 1 5 . 3 % ,and increased soil available potassium and soil available phosphorus content under different initial Cd concentrations. The soil and soil organic matter increased slightly,but the content of soil alkali-hydrolyzed difused nitrogen decreased.Comprehensivecomparison,under low Cdconcentration,corncob biochar hadamore significant efect on reducing soil total Cd and available cadmium,butunder medium and high Cd concentration,corn straw biochar had a more significant effect on reducing soil total Cd and available Cd.
