,以 0 m g / L 為對照(CK),測定各組萌發(fā)指標(biāo)、生長指標(biāo)和生理指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,萌發(fā)指標(biāo)方面,隨著鋅濃度的升高,2個品種小麥的種子發(fā)芽勢、發(fā)芽率均呈先上升后降低的趨勢,鐸濃度在 <img src="/qkimages/ahnx/ahnx202509/ahnx20250906-2-l.jpg" with="69px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> 時,2個品種小麥的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢均較高。生長指標(biāo)方面,隨著鋅濃度的上升,2個品種小麥的芽長、芽鮮重、芽干重均呈先增加后減少的趨勢;根長、根鮮重、根干重均呈逐漸降低趨勢。生理指標(biāo)方面,隨著鋅濃度的升高,2個品種小麥的葉綠素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性均呈先升高后下降的趨勢;過氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量逐漸增加,游離脯氨酸含量呈先減少后增加的趨勢。綜合來看,鋅濃度在 5 0 ~ 1 0 0 m g / L 時有利于商麥5226和小偃15種子的萌發(fā)及幼苗生長;鋅濃度超過 <img src="/qkimages/ahnx/ahnx202509/ahnx20250906-2-l.jpg" with="69px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> 時對小麥種子萌發(fā)存在一定的抑制作用。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

AbstractTo investigate the effects zinc Z n on seed germination growth wheat,two cultivars,Shangmai 5226 Xiaoyan 15,were selected as experimental materials.6 Zn concentration gradients (ZnSO 0,50,100,200, 400, 8 0 0 m g / L )were set,with 0 m g / L as the control (CK). The germination indicators,growth indicators physiological indicators each group were measured.The resultsshowed that in terms germination parameters,as Znconcentration increased,thegermination potential germinationrateboth wheatcultivars first increased then decreased; at 10 mg/L Zn,Shangmai 5226 Xiaoyan 15 exhibited higher germinationrates germination potentials.Regardinggrowth indicators,with increasing Znconcentration,shoot length,shootfresh weight, shoot dry weightboth cultivars initiallyincreasedthendecreased,whereasrotlength,rootfreshweight,rootdry weightgraduallydeclined.Forphysiological indices,asZnconcentrationincreased,chlorophyllcontent,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity, catalase (CAT)activity in both wheat cultivars showed a trend increasing first then decreasing.In contrast,peroxidase (POD)activity malondialdehyde(MDA)content progressivelyincreased,whilefree prolinecontentfirstdecreasedtheninceased. In conclusion, Zn concentrations 5 0 -1 0 0 m g / L were conducive to the seed germination seeding growth Shangmai 5226 Xiaoyan 15; Zn concentration exceeding hadacertain inhibitory effect onwheat seed germination.
