新時(shí)代勞動(dòng)教育融入高校思政課改革的價(jià)值研究

摘要：勞動(dòng)觀是馬克思主義重要的思想之一，是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的重要理論來(lái)源。黨的二十大報(bào)告多次強(qiáng)調(diào)了勞動(dòng)的重要性。高校思政課教育是新時(shí)代人才培養(yǎng)的重要渠道，把勞動(dòng)教育融入思政課程中可以促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展。勞動(dòng)觀隨著時(shí)代的變化賦予了新的內(nèi)涵，研究勞動(dòng)教育融入思政課教學(xué)改革具有重要意義。

Research on the Value of Integrating Labor Education into the Reform of Ideological and Political Courses in Universities in the New Era

Abstract： The concept of labor is one of the important ideas of Marxism and an important theoretical support for the construction of so- cialism with Chinese characteristics. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has repeatedly empha- sized the importance of labor. College ideological and political education is an important channel for talent cultivation in the new era， and integrating labor education into ideological and political courses can promote overall human development. The concept of labor has been given new connotations with the changes of the times， and studying the integration of labor education into the reform of ideological and political education is of great significance.

黨的二十大報(bào)告中“勞動(dòng)”一詞出現(xiàn)了多次，具體有：在深入實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略中提出要尊重勞動(dòng)；在提高全社會(huì)文明程度中提出全社會(huì)弘揚(yáng)勞動(dòng)精神；在實(shí)施就業(yè)優(yōu)先戰(zhàn)略中提出健全勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)，完善勞動(dòng)關(guān)系協(xié)商協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制等。（剩余5357字）
