提升大學生心理健康水平的干預研究:基于小組工作

摘 要:為提升大學生心理健康水平,以《90 項癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)》為前后測量表,運用 SPSS 26 對前后測心理健康水平數(shù)據(jù)進行相關(guān)性分析,結(jié)果顯示:干預前后心理健康水平存在顯著性差異。高校應將小組工作充分應用于大學生心理健康教育工作。

Abstract:In order to improve the mental health level of college students, this study took The 90 Symptoms Self-rating Scale(SCL-90) as the pre- and post-measurement table, and applied SPSS 26 to analyze the correlation of the pre- and post-test mental-health level data, and the results showed that there were significant differences in mental health level before and after intervention.The application of the intervention mode of group work in ideological and political work should be promoted in colleges and uni-versities.
