數(shù)據(jù)深度合成技術(shù)應(yīng)用的法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和規(guī)制路徑研究
摘要:深度合成技術(shù)提升生活便利但也帶來數(shù)據(jù)安全新風(fēng)險(xiǎn),需總結(jié)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如數(shù)據(jù)安全、人格利益等,并梳理法律規(guī)制困境。為平衡發(fā)展與安全,該文提出完善立法、明確版權(quán)、加強(qiáng)技術(shù)監(jiān)管合作的法律規(guī)制建議,以此促進(jìn)技術(shù)合理應(yīng)用,防范潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Research on Legal Risks and Regulatory Paths of Data Deep Synthesis Technology Application

Abstract: Deep synthesis technology improves the convenience of life but also brings new risks to data security. It is necessary to summarize the legal risks, such as data security, personality interests, and sort out the difficulties of legal regulation. To balance development and security, legal regulatory suggestions are proposed: improve legislation, clarify copyright, and strengthen technical supervision cooperation. This promotes the rational application of technology and prevents potential risks.

近年來,隨著數(shù)據(jù)深度合成技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展及應(yīng)用范圍的不斷拓展,產(chǎn)生了系列法律問題,對國家的數(shù)據(jù)安全產(chǎn)生較大威脅。(剩余14231字)
