The Development Path of Digital Intelligence in Libraries of Double Higher Education Institutions in the Yangtze River Delta From the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

AbstractThe article explores the relationship between university libraries and their intrinsic elements from the perspective ofnewquality productivity.Asurvey was conductedonthelibraries of 41“double high”universities in the Yangtze River Delta region，focusing on four elements： smart subject services，smart device construction，innovative service models，and digital resourceconstruction.Theexisting problems were also identified.Asa concrete carier of new quality productivity，the constructionof digitalization requires three-dimensional collaboration through the reconstruction of laborcapabilities，technological iteration of labor materials，and expansionof labor object forms， to achieve the training of newquality librarians，the integration andembedding of new quality libraries and cutingedge technologies，and the formation of diverse colaborative service models.Based on this，this paper explores he practical path of empowering the digitalization development of university libraries with new quality productivityfrom the perspectiveof the three elements ofnewquality，promotingthe transitionoflibraryservices fromresource driven to innovation driven，and achieving high-qualitydevelopment of "double high”university libraries.
