Research on Enhancing the Learning Ability of Primary and Secondary School Students From the Perspective of Collaborative Services Between Libraries and Schools: Taking the “Xiaofei Bookstore” Brand of Xiangtan City Library in Hunan Province as an Example

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of the deepening of after-school service reform under the“Double Reduction”policy, this paper takes the“Xiaofei Bookstore”in Xiangtan Cityasacase studyto analyze the library-school collaborative service mechanism,and explore the path for privatelibraries toenhancethe learning abilityof primary and secondary school students.Practice shows that participating in after-school education services under the four-dimensional collborative framework ofthe“dual-teacher system”team,“The Book ofSongs”characteristicresources,real-scene teaching spaces,and precisedemandmatchingcan efectivelystimulate the intrinsicmotivationof primaryandsecondary school students to learn.Basedonthis,the paper proposes strategies such as strengthening thecollaborationof subjects to build a service ecosystem,deepening resource collaboration to promote knowledge transfer,enhancing platform collaboration toempower knowledgeapplication,andoptimizing talentcollaboration to improve team structure,providing references for private libraries to deeply integrate into the library-school collaborative education system.
