食品工程安全監(jiān)管措施探究
摘 要:本文圍繞食品工程安全監(jiān)管展開(kāi)深入探討,分析當(dāng)前食品工程安全監(jiān)管存在的問(wèn)題,從法律法規(guī)完善、監(jiān)管體系優(yōu)化、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用、企業(yè)責(zé)任強(qiáng)化以及公眾參與推動(dòng)等多方面提出針對(duì)性的措施,旨在提升食品工程安全監(jiān)管水平,保障公眾飲食安全。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the in-depth discussion of food engineering safety supervision, analyzes the current problems in food engineering safety supervision, and puts forward targeted measures from the aspects of law and regulation improvement, supervision system optimization, technological innovation application, corporate responsibility strengthening and public participation promotion, aiming at improving the level of food engineering safety supervision and ensuring public dietary safety.
