電子診斷技術(shù)在新能源車輛限扭故障分析的運用

【摘  要】結(jié)合售后現(xiàn)場反饋車輛限制扭矩品質(zhì)問題及其故障發(fā)生的基本情況，通過已開發(fā)的電子診斷技術(shù)（診斷儀、國家監(jiān)控平臺法規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)及其云診斷），分析發(fā)生故障的零件，深挖根本原因，最終提出解決方案。電子診斷技術(shù)為現(xiàn)場服務工程師解決故障提供有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

【Abstract】Combined with the after-sales field feedback of the vehicle limit torque quality problems and the basic situation of failure，through the developed electronic diagnosis technology：diagnosis instrument，national monitoring platform regulatory data and cloud diagnosis，analyze the faulty parts and explore the root cause，and finally propose a solution. Electronic diagnostic technology provides field service engineers with powerful data support for troubleshooting.
