【摘  要】文章以正向開發(fā)的思路，梳理高壓性能指標(biāo)設(shè)計依據(jù)、主要內(nèi)容以及測試驗證要求，為電動汽車高壓系統(tǒng)集成提供設(shè)計參考。

【Abstract】In this paper，the design basis，main content and testing and verification requirements of high voltage performance indicators are sorted out with the idea of forward development. This paper provides design reference for high voltage system integration of electric vehicle.

1  電動汽車高壓系統(tǒng)概述

電動汽車高壓系統(tǒng)是電動汽車的核心部分，主要包括動力電池、電驅(qū)、電控以及高壓配電系統(tǒng)（PDU，內(nèi)部包含高壓繼電器、熔斷器、電阻等器件）、電動壓縮機總成（CCU）、直流直流轉(zhuǎn)換器（DC/DC）、車載充電機（OBC）、PTC加熱器等部件[1]。（剩余3300字）
